Judicial Council Court Facilities Advisory Committee Meeting

At its November 5, 2024 meeting, the Judicial Council’s Court Facilities Advisory Committee will consider the two finalist sites for the new courthouse: USDA National Forest Service Office location and the parcels at the corner of Highway 49 and Cement Hill Road. The committee will discuss the site options and take action to approve site selection, if desired. 

The public meeting will take place remotely and will be livestreamed on Tuesday, November 5, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. Additional meeting information, the agenda, and the livestream URL are posted on the committee’s webpage www.courts.ca.gov/cfac.htm

In accordance with California Rules of Court, rule 10.75(k)(1), written comments pertaining to any agenda item of a regularly noticed open meeting can be submitted up to one complete business day before the meeting. For this specific meeting, comments should be e-mailed to cfac@jud.ca.gov or mailed or delivered to 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102, attention: Chris Magnusson.

Only written comments received by 12:00 PM on November 4, 2024, will be provided to advisory body members prior to the start of the meeting.
