The court will require parties to reserve Law & Motion hearing dates in advance of filing a motion effective July 1, 2025. To reserve a date, parties may call the clerk's office, submit a reservation request online or visit the clerk's office.
The court has begun using a new support ticketing system to better assist court users. New tickets will be created when contacting the court via email or via opening a ticket through website links. Court users can create accounts on the Support Portal and should expect emails from support@nccourt.atlassian.net or nccounter@nccourt.net.
